12 channel roller conveyor unit
A 12 channel roller conveyor unit was designed and built by MiniTec for an automotive manufacturer that specialises in CVJ systems (constant-velocity joints), trans-axle solutions and eDrive Systems.
The company supplies a number of well-know automotive brands worldwide and relies on a lean and effective manufacturing process.
This conveyor has a base frame with 12 roller guides and is used to separate parts. The front of each channel has a magnetic system built into the profile grooves on the front-sides to attaching type markings.
The 12 roller conveyors are mounted across two levels each with a slight trajectory to ensure smooth running of products.
