Hyster Europe vice president marketing and solutions Robert O’Donoghue, says the truck series won due to attentive focus on operator needs.

The new A Series lift trucks feature operator-centric design to support proper ergonomics and high performance. As a result, the Hyster H2.0-3.5A models can be fine-tuned to match operator needs.”

The H2.0-3.5A Hyster forklift, for lifts up to 3.5 tonnes, has a spacious operator cabin engineered to emphasise visibility and give the operator greater freedom of movement to help reduce strain on the body. 

Features include a large step size, providing a comfortable and secure platform, a comfortable and secure flip-up arm rest that offers unobstructed access, and a contoured hood allowing the operator more room for entry and exit. 

There is also a large operator compartment with ample foot space. Dynamic seat adjustment provides a good range of seat adjustability, and the compartment offers excellent head and shoulder clearance.

A foot-activated, hand-released parking brake requires less effort than a hand-applied brake and minimises lean and strain on the operator’s back. Meanwhile, a standard, full-colour touch-screen display, provides quick and easy access to vital truck information.

With A+ Logic, there is also a huge range of optional features available that may benefit operators. This includes full weather-proof cabins, screens, wipers, sunshades, heating, and air conditioning to optimise the driver environment. There are also operator assistance systems and an innovative Dynamic Stability System (DSS) option.
