FSDF nominations call
Nominations close at the end of March for the Annual Food Storage & Distribution Federation Health and Safety Awards. These awards are open to all members with the aim of recognising excellence in health and safety on an individual and company-wide level.
The Full Member award for Outstanding Contribution to Health and Safety by a Company was won in 2014 by Martin Brower for its “Think Safety – Work Safely” campaign which promotes a positive approach to health and safety within the company and has significantly reduced the number of workplace accidents.
The Associate Member award went to Munters for its IceDry Solution, which removes airborne moisture, reducing ice build up and fogging which in turn reduces slips and trips experienced by cold store workers.
