Anti-slip paint improves performance
Watco has developed the Fastcoat paint series, including Anti-slip paint and says performance has improved because of a switch to Polyaspartic resin technology in preference to the older and more common use of epoxy resin based solutions.
Fastcoat Antislip is priced from £116 for 2.5L and is available in light grey, mid grey, mid blue, mid green and tile red finish. A 2.5L container typically covers a 25m sq floor area.
In addition, to far faster drying times, the company says the Polyaspartic resin technology gives Fastcoat a number of distinct advantages over epoxy products including: easier application at low temperatures, up to 50% longer lifespan, greater resistance to chemicals and UV fade and a more consistent colourfast performance.
