Flexible range of tote boxes

Recent additions to the Versatote range include 28l & 43l attached lid containers, a kerbside collection box and a 36l Euro Container. Most products are borne out of specific requirements which allow CSS Group to design the product and manufacture suitable moulds using its tool making expertise.

Manufacture of product is carried out using a range of suitable plastic injection moulding machines. The process from conception to finished product is controlled by the company.

The firm’s mould tool manufacturing capability has been transformed through the acquisition of a new Hurco Bridge Mill with a machining capacity of 3.2m x 2.4m x 1m.

The Tool Making side of CSS Group (Investment Casting Systems) also provides design for manufacturing services and has recently moved into a dedicated manufacturing facility.

CSS Group is a privately owned business based in Paignton, Devon and comprises two businesses – Investment Casting Systems (tool makers) and Casting Support Systems (solutions to material handling challenges).
