TVH acquires Rentaclamp Coventry
TVH Group acquired the shares of Rentaclamp (Coventry) on 9 October. Rentaclamp offers new and refurbished attachments for lift trucks and a repair and parts service on-site or at their workshops.
The acquisition allows TVH to offer its customers in the UK and Ireland a One-stop Shop experience in attachments. Furthermore the integration will allow TVH UK to offer short- and long-term rental and after-sales services in addition to new and second-hand attachments.
Rentaclamp (Coventry) was established in July 1976 and carries out the sale, rental and service & repair of attachments in the UK and Ireland.
In addition Rentaclamp has been a UK dealer for CAM System for the past twelve years.
For the time being, TVH and Rentaclamp continue to work as usual, while making the necessary preparations for a full integration into TVH UK. Martin Fletcher will continue to manage Rentaclamp and will remain responsible for the growth in the attachment market. Together with his 3 colleagues, he will join the TVH UK team.
