The Delivery Conference 2016 will be MetaPack’s seventh annual event and will host influential movers and shakers speaking about customer experience, cross border trade and the future of delivery.

MetaPack, the global leader in eCommerce delivery management, is bringing together leading representatives from the retail and carrier industries to present at The Delivery Conference on Tuesday, February 2nd at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster, London.

Speakers of the highest calibre including Nick Beighton, CEO at Asos; Paul Coby, IT Director at John Lewis; David Walmsley, Director. Com at M&S; and Andy Harding, Chief Customer Officer at House of Fraser, will provide the retail perspective, while Dwain McDonald, CEO at DPD; Carol Woodhead, CEO at Hermes; and Dick Stead, Chief Executive at Yodel will deliver the carrier’s viewpoint.

Following a keynote address from Patrick Wall, CEO at MetaPack, the event will kick off with a not-to-be-missed benchmarking panel addressing all the key issues around Peak 2015 – the first time the industry has come together following this crucial period in the retail and delivery calendar. This will be hosted by George MacDonald, Executive Editor at Retail Week.

This year’s conference introduces four unique streams of content: customer experience, which explores consumer preferences through delivery; delivery download, in which leading carriers give their overview of the market; going global an opportunity to hear views on expanding eCommerce through cross-border trade and the transformation of delivery, which gives a snapshot into the future of delivery innovation.

Kees de Vos, Chief Product Officer at MetaPack, said: “This is a unique event that provides visitors not only with a packed conference agenda with highlights from the sector’s most sought after speakers and over 35 exhibitors from leading brands, but also with the chance to see exciting new players including Volvo Ship To Car, On the Dot and Doddle. As if this were not enough, visitors can also take advantage of the many networking opportunities that it affords.  It is one day packed with vital insight and innovative thinking which will underpin strategic planning for the year to come.”
