Stainless steel offering

For some time now Euro-Bearings have offered stainless steel round shafts with stainless steel ball bushings but so often the ball bushing does not provide sufficient cantilevered load or is too delicate for industrial applications.

Euro-Bearings have now started stocking stainless steel vee bearings that run on a matching 90º V rail. These rails have been coated with a corrosion resistant surface which actually out-performs stainless steel because it is much harder.

The Vee bearings are tolerant of dirt and dust with high speed capabilities, medium accuracy & low noise.

For much higher loads, Euro's Combined Roller Bearings and Mating Steel Profiles are also available with this corrosion resistance surface coating, with many currently used in offshore applications. 

The corrosion resistant bearings start at 52mm OD with the largest in the standard stock range having an OD of 149mm. Due to the design these bearings offer very high load capacities.

Both of the above systems can be used for both horizontal and vertical travel and both systems are very tolerant of cantilevered loads.
