TRAKA IS attending IntraLogisteX to present its intelligent locker systems together with essential asset management solutions.

This is designed to ensure logistics and supply chain management can continue to meet consumer service demand. The leader in intelligent asset management systems will debut its new Touch Pro key cabinets, which is said to be Traka’s most secure key cabinet to date.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see live demonstrations of how Traka Touch Pro has been purposely designed for fast-paced logistics environments, ensuring ease of use for all staff, a particular benefit where multiple shifts are commonly in operation.

Traka will also be presenting its device management lockers, through its TUK 24 range, available to secure a wide range of equipment, including scanners used at distribution centres, PDAs and tablets, all while enabling full charging facilities, smart detection and secure storage.

Traka UK marketing development manager Matt Gregg, says: “Despite the ongoing challenges faced by the supply chain and logistics industry – postal and port strikes, driver shortages and rising costs to name just a few – customer demands remain high and continues to grow. This means extra pressures on the sector with a shift in focus to on-time performance.

“As our new Traka Touch Pro demonstrates, we are constantly working to evolve and present a wide variety of locker and equipment management systems. We are thrilled to once again exhibit at IntraLogisteX. It is a great opportunity to meet with customers, demonstrate our market-leading solutions and engage with new businesses all under one roof.”

Bespoke lockers

Products on display also include Traka’s specialist device management lockers. These bespoke lockers are a testament to Traka’s dedication to sector-specific designs, presenting a framework adaptable to suit the needs of any organisation.

Traka will also be demonstrating its scalable S Touch Pro key management solution, to offer simple ways to control keys and manage different facilities, including full and compliant audit trail capability of keys and users.

Matt concludes: “There is an essential need for technology to support the Distribution & Logistics sector. This is to help automate processes and make them more efficient, allowing flexibility for last minute arrangements, and reducing security risks within such a fast-paced environment.

“At a time when service will be top of the priority list, this is something we can support with the latest intelligent key and equipment solutions, all vying to ensure quick turnaround times from order to receipt.”
