Partnership in print
Coding equipment companies, Interactive Coding Equipment (ICE) and PrintSafe, have agreed a machinery partnership that is is reported will enable customers to benefit from high-speed integrated systems for coding and labelling a range of packaging.
Both companies provide equipment to UK manufacturers; PrintSafe is the UK distributor for German company KBA-Metronic and ICE supplies a range of innovative thermal transfer printers, thermal inkjet printers and the revolutionary Vulcan print and apply labeller.
PrintSafe’s flagship product is the KBA-Metronic udaFORMAXX offline feeder. This class-leading friction-feeder style machine can be used in conjunction with a coder or labeller, to print or label sleeves, cartons, bags, pouches and other flat-form packaging accurately and quickly. It has experienced significant success in the food production and pharmaceutical industries.
