IBCS: new product service brochure and updated website
IBCS the supplier of industrial battery, charger and service products has released its new product and service brochure. Rapid sales growth created by demand for IBCS’s widening portfolio is the main reason for this publication.
The brochure clearly identifies a number of brands and technical specifications for its comprehensive range of batteries, chargers and accessories. There are separate sections explaining nationwide service, hire and rental options together with quality, warranty, training and safety support.
Managing director Jonathan Jones commented: "We’ve been observing how our customers operate and listening to what they have to say. Their feedback has been used to develop this new brochure and will assist them in understanding the full range of options we have to offer.

Launching the new brochure has meant a website update to reflect the additional information available to customers. This will be a continuous process to reflect any further developments within IBCS.
The company has also been running a new marketing campaign to press the message home with existing and new customers. This includes advertising in targeted professional titles and taking a stand at this year’s IMHX exhibition at the NEC in September.
