Time to get shirty in the workplace

With weather pundits forecasting temperatures in excess of 25 degrees centigrade and sometimes reaching a scorching 33 degrees centigrade, it’s important to stay cool while looking cool in the office.

“As a general rule,” says Rob Haines, sales director at Dickies, “the best lightweight fabrics for soaring temperatures should include natural materials, such as cotton.”

Dickies’ lightweight short sleeve summer check shirt, the Bradbury shirt for men, looks dapper with a button down collar and two chest pockets. It comes in brown, navy and blue, is designed to feel great on the skin and comes in all sizes up to 2XL.

The men’s Oxford weave shirt also has a button down collar, a chest pocket and comes in blue, navy, white and silver grey. The shirt has been adapted for women and comes with an inverted pleat in the back for easy movement and a stylish hem.

Polo shirts come in nine colours to mix and match. The new Riverton Polo has contrast colour tipping and ribbing on the collar and a cuff back hem. Dickies also have a range of 100 per cent 'go-anywhere' crew T-shirts.
