MIini-load tote with dividers
ORBIS Corporation, an international manufacturer of reusable packaging and supply chain optimization expert, has an all-plastic, fully reusable 600×400 mini-load multi-compartment tote designed specifically to interface with many types of automated storage and retrieval or shuttle systems found in today’s state-of-the-art warehouses and distribution centres.
With the advanced divider system, molded dividers fit seamlessly into the container grid bottom, creating up to eight distinct cells. The ML6040-325 holds dividers in place, eliminating movement and product shifting that can cause material damage or loss. Dividers can be easily reconfigured based on product size and quantity.
Additional benefits include: Precise molding for seamless interface with automation; ergonomic, contoured handles on all four sides and the bottom of the container; and generous internal volume to hold more product.
The flow-through design features 16 drain holes in the side walls and 12 on the bottom. The product is available in reinforced or smooth bottom, and is suitable for applications involving omni-channel fulfilment.
