Goods lift installed
Lödige UK has recently finished the installation of a goods lift in a laser testing facility in the Midlands.
This project required a flexible lift to fit the cabin sizing requirements and bespoke door needs. This SHERPA goods-only lift has a 7 metre travel with 2 stops. Scientists depend on this lift to achieve results in a timely manner so the reliability of the lift is very important.
The Lödige goods lifts are bespoke products that can be installed in any environment, including explosion risk and cooling environments. As standalone products, the lifts can be installed with no pit or control room in both existing and new buildings.
The SHERPA and ESCORTA models are free standing and can travel up to 18 meters with cabin sizes of up to 2800 w X 3000 d X 2900 h. For larger requirements there is a hydraulic lift option that that can carry loads of up to 50,000kg.
