This acquisition brought together voice solution providers Vitech and Voiteq to unify under the global brand of Voiteq. This will create consistency and stability for Körber Logistics voice customers and partners worldwide.

The alliance confirms Voiteq’s position as the market leading specialist in voice-directed work in distribution, retail operations, maintenance and inspections; offering a local service on a global scale.

Established in 1995, Vitech built a successful business working closely with Honeywell Vocollect and has been recognised as their Voice Partner of the Year in North America since 2014. Operating under the Voiteq brand, customers will still receive the same great quality service, along with increased support, a broader solution portfolio and greater geographic coverage.

Voiteq, headquartered in the UK, has also been recognised by Honeywell Vocollect as European Voice Partner of the Year five times. Founded in 2001, Voiteq has continued to invest in the voice market and has achieved outstanding year-on-year growth, with a real focus on its customers, people and products.
