Stertil BV resolves licence issue

Stertil BV has agreed to provide Vehicle Service Group (VSG) a global licence for a scissor lift patent.

Stertil BV and Vehicle Service Group (VSG) with its operative companies Ravaglioli S.p.a., Italy and BlitzRotary, Germany have entered into a Settlement Agreement which ends a number of law suits related to patents owned by Stertil BV.

Stertil BV has agreed to provide VSG the licence to use the International Application WO 2007/148960 globally for scissor lifts.
