Quick to respond

Kirkpatrick’s specialise in storage distribution and warehousing and had two roller shutter doors with one in need of repair due to a collision during operation.

“Stanair were very quick to respond and undertook a temporary repair,” said Leigh. “They quoted us an option for repairing the door and also for replacement. As a business we place great importance on this aspect of our work therefore we decided to have a new one.”

Kirkpatrick’s’ distribution fleet ranges from 7.5 tonne Lorries through to express delivery in vans, provide their services throughout the Midlands along with specialised security warehouses. The company require their shutters to be highly secure for their storage for clients.

“Stanair’s engineer, Scott Rouse, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He installed the new Roller Shutter and did a great job,” Leigh continued.

Kirkpatrick Carriers was so impressed with the roller shutter that they are already considering working with Stanair again.

“The only thing now is that looking at the old door next to the new one, it really shows it up – we might have to replace that one as well now,” Leigh said.
