Automatic truck loading systems
Joloda International is exhibiting again at the IMHX show in Birmingham. This exhibition is vitally important in the exhibition calendar of Joloda as this is one of the leading fairs worldwide for materials handling and truck loading.
This show is held every three years and has over 400 leading names from the intralogistics industry exhibiting there.
On the stand, Joloda is showing the ultimate in automatic truck loading systems. There are three systems that Joloda have to fulfil varying business cases. For pallets, the slipchain system is ideal for short shuttle distances and the trailerskate for long shuttle distances. For non-palletised loads the slatted moving floor moves 30 tonne loads at the press of a button.
These automated trailer loading systems can load and unload a trailer in under 2 minutes realising quick turnaround of the vehicle in a full de-manned operation. The systems can be perfectly integrated with AGV’s, production conveyors and automated warehouses, all in line with logistics and supply chain 4.0.
