Warehouse System Design and Storage Installation
Starting with an initial product and warehouse appraisal, we will analyse your current product types, pallet criteria, material handling equipment (MHE) and available warehouse space, along with your existing warehouse storage systems to build an idea of what you want to achieve, and what is possible within your warehouse operation.
This will form the foundation for our in-house CAD team who will then design a bespoke, warehouse storage solution that will maximise warehouse capacity and meet the needs of your operation, both now, and in the future.
Using our extensive experience in multi-faceted warehouse storage design, we can build solutions that incorporate various systems, including pallet racking, warehouse shelving, multi-tier picking structures, mezzanine floors, and rack supported structures, including all associated accessories, such as racking protection and decking.
By applying our experience in commercial interior fit-outs, we can also advise on heating, lighting, smoke detection, and other ancillary items that are needed to make your warehouse safe and operational.
