Trainees qualify for TVH

Participants can immediately start working at TVH as a technical buyer or researcher. The BCTP and BCTA traineeships are two custom-made courses set up by TVH in which technical knowledge is taught. For two months, the participants attended theoretical and practical lessons, 8 hours per day. 

“In September this year, 10 trainees started, a larger group than usual,” says Hermien Wittouck, learning & development specialist at TVH. “This is the third year that we have organised the traineeship, because it remains difficult to find the right profiles with the necessary knowledge, for example about hydraulics. With this traineeship, the participants take the first step towards specialisation, and they can immediately start working with us in an interesting job.”

All 10 trainees have passed the 2019 course and started working with TVH.
