Baoli warehouse trucks: Effective in narrow spaces

The manufacturer says the range of products complies with all the restrictive European standards and represents a ‘perfect synthesis between German productivity and the competitive prices of Far Eastern products’.

The EP Pallet Trucks range comprises three pedestrian models with long tiller which guarantee an excellent maneuverability, EP 16-NO1, EP20-N04 and EP-25N02 with load capacities from 1.6 to 2.5 tons. 

The company says: “They represent the ideal solution for the loading and unloading of trucks, as well as for transport over short distances. The EP16-N01, in particular, is perfect for narrow spaces due to the reduced length of the chassis and the main cover may be removed by unscrewing two bolts in order to facilitate the maintenance operations, while the robust side covers are designed to offer maximum protection from dust and water spray.” 

The trucks deploy the German Schabmueller AC motor, which in combination with the German Kordel transmission, Intorq brakes and the Wicke drive wheel offers robust performance, efficiency and reliability. For the transport of goods over medium to long distances there is the EP20T, the platform pallet truck which has a load capacity of up to 2.0 tons and a speed up to 9km/h and it offers strong performance thanks to the reliable AC electronics. Standard features of this trucks are the folding footboards, the side armguard and the electric power steering.

Lithium

Baoli has also introduced the EP12WS and EP15WS with a focus on lithium battery: the first one has a 24V-20Ah lithium ion battery which allows 3 hours work and requires less than 2.5 hours for a full recharge, while the second one can be equipped with a powerful 24V 60Ah lithium-ion battery. On the EP15WS the integrated battery charger allows the machine freedom when dealing with any need for light transport. 

The ES Pallet Stackers are perfect for warehouses and all indoor environments, versatile and suitable for a multitude of uses, from loading and unloading of vehicles to storage on high level shelving, and are associated with lifting columns which guarantee maximum visibility and a high level of reliability over time. ES 10-N01 is the perfect choice for non-intensive work situations: it is compact and functional, can handle loads of up to 1,000kg, has a comfortable 4-support-point layout and side tiller for excellent stability and driveability. 

The pedestrian stackers ES12-N03 and ES16-N02 with a long tiller arm are also very interesting since, thanks to the elongated design of the steering tiller, they guarantee an excellent manoeuvrability of the machine. With load capacities of from 1.2 to 1.6 tons, these machines are equipped with a new electronically controlled proportional raising and lowering system which ensures maximum precision for the positioning and storage operations at any lifting height as well as a greater safety, while the stability of the machine is guaranteed by a 4-wheel structure which allows an optimum movement even of the heaviest loads.

Shock-absorbing

The ES 12-N02 and ES 15-N01 models, with load capacities of from 1.2 to 1.5 tons, for which the shock-absorbing and foldable operator platform and side armguard option is available, are the ideal solution for covering medium to long handling distances. The reliable AC electronics offers high performance levels but with low maintenance requirements. Lastly, the ES 15-N02 models represent the maximum in terms of performance delivered by the Baoli stackers, thanks to the reliable and powerful AC electronics which allow a load capacity of 1.5 tons and a lifting height up to 6m. The optional electric power steering and the slow drive button also guarantee maximum comfort, manoeuvrability and safety, which are features that make the machines of this series the ideal means even for travelling over long distances.
