Amco Services acquired out of administration with jobs saved
160 jobs have been saved at the logistics company.
Amco Services (International) is a £25 million turnover business operating from sites in Telford, Redditch and Worcester.
Grant Thornton UK was appointed as joint administrators to Amco and has completed the deal with CBW Resources.
Amco was experiencing financial pressure in early 2020 and was mid turnaround before the impact of Covid-19 caused further disruption.
