ArrowXL secures spot at Enfield Distribution Park

ArrowXL has agreed a 10-year lease with global asset manager, Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) for an 85,000 sq ft distribution warehouse unit at the industrial park in Enfield, north London. 

Known as Urban 85, the unit was developed speculatively on a 4.5-acre site by ASI and Graftongate. 

Enfield Distribution Park spans 24-acres and has been developed in a joint venture between ASI and Graftongate. It incorporates up to 400,000 sq ft of logistics space across five new units.

A planning application has been submitted for the one remaining plot on a 2.5-acre site fronting A1055 Mollison Avenue, that can accommodate a unit of up to 50,000 sq ft on a design and build basis.
