HIMOR’s scheme is being marketed by Colliers International and JLL.
The remaining unit is Unit 6, a 10,925 sq ft plot comprising a 10,021 sq ft warehouse and a 904 sq ft office and is being marketed for £7.50 per sq ft.
The overall capacity at the site's first phase is a 212,129 sq ft.
