THE PROPOSED warehouse on Plot 3 is additional to the industrial and logistics space which has already secured planning permission.  The scheme can now accommodate up to 1.88 million ft2 of space in six units ranging from 39,000 – 688,000 ft2 including the unit for 430,000 ft2, on the site located just off Junction 19 of the M62 motorway.

Russells joint managing director Andrew Russell said: “Securing this additional new permission is a boost for potential occupiers and we expect a high level of demand from operators who want to locate their businesses at a prime location within the region.”

The proposed unit on Plot 3, like all the rest, is available on a design and build basis. Unit H-688, which has full planning for 688,000 ft2 of space, could be reconfigured up to 1,000,000 ft2, subject to further planning.

HPARK is the commercial element of the wider 318-acre South Heywood Masterplan, a mixed-use regeneration development being brought forward by Russells’ in-house development arm Russell LDP.

CBRE and Colliers are joint agents.
