Lease secured on Lutterworth warehouse 

German manufacturer of optical systems Carl Zeiss Group has snapped upp a 15,598 ft2 warehouse at Mulberry Developments’ Enterprise Park Lutterworth in the East Midlands.

THE MODERN Grade A facility has been let on a five year lease. It has 6m eaves and come with a level access door, 27 m yard and 21 car parking spaces. It is one of four units on the scheme.

Logistics Matters reported in January that the developer secured detailed planning permission for Unit 4 totalling  44,093 ft2. It will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A Rating and the structure will be capable of a full PV installation.
