Easy-to-use data loggers

Posted on Sunday 5 May 2024

AT THIS year’s Sensor+Test in Nuremberg from June 11-13, T&D Corporation (booth 1-311) will showcase cutting-edge data logger solutions, including the TR4A, TR7 and RTR500B series.

These latest models offer advanced features for precise monitoring of environmental conditions during storage and transportation. Furthermore, they are easily adaptable to individual needs for error-free and reliable documentation of recordings.

The range encompasses three distinct families of data loggers: the TR4A series featuring Bluetooth technology for temperature and humidity logging, the RTR500B series for comprehensive environmental monitoring, and the TR7 series of standalone data loggers equipped for WiFi or cable LAN connectivity, all highly customisable to meet specific needs, ensuring seamless surveillance of climatic conditions.

Energy-efficient

The TR4A series utilises energy-efficient Bluetooth 4.2 and requires no pre-registration. It also allows instant detection and upload to the free T&D cloud via the T&D Thermo App within the communication range. An on-site PDF report can also be created.

The series includes models such as TR41A for temperatures from -40 to 80°C (internal sensor, IP67), TR42A for measurements from -60 to 155°C (external sensor, IP64) and TR43A for temperature measurement from 0 to 55°C, humidity from 10 to 95%RH (external 2ch sensor IP 64). There is also the TR45 for industrial applications with thermocouples covering various temperature ranges. This model is designed to operate in rugged industrial environments while providing accurate temperature readings.

T&D's TR7 series of data loggers is highly effective and efficient for real-time data acquisition and transmission in industrial applications. The series includes the TR7A and TR7nw datalogger models, all of which are equipped with a variety of communication interfaces.

They measure temperatures from -199°C to 1760°C and humidity from 0 to 99% RH, depending on the sensor type.

Recorded data can be uploaded automatically to the free T&D cloud. All recorded data and settings are available via the T&D Thermo App. Again, a PDF report can be created on site.

Vaccine Mode

TR75A have a Vaccine Mode that meets CDC requirements for monitoring the temperature of vaccines. The TR75A is suitable for extremely low and high temperature environments with thermocouple sensor connections.

Within T&D's acclaimed line-up, the RTR500B series comprises wireless loggers, communication devices and services, delivering high-performance solutions with unparalleled flexibility. These devices are engineered to monitor a wide array of parameters such as temperature, humidity, illuminance, UV, CO2, voltage, 4-20mA, contact and pulse.

Furthermore, T&D Corporation, the Japanese market leader for wireless data logging systems, has an innovative suite of efficient, dependable and secure devices based on cloud technology. They are optimised for continuous monitoring in various environments,

including cold chain during transportation, sensitive goods warehousing, sales cabinets and medical/pharmaceutical vaccine storage, as well as environmental facilities, museums and archives.

Data management

Data management is facilitated through T&D's complimentary cloud-based WebStorage Service and mobile application, or via the internal network T&D Data Server. Attendees visiting T&D's booth at Sensor+Test will have the chance to explore the innovative

data logger solutions firsthand, and gain insights into the company's user-friendly, app based WebStorage Service, facilitating access to data anytime and anywhere through mobile devices.
