Adding racking spaces
AR RACKING has carried out a major project for Icestar, a major actor in the storage and logistics sector of frozen and refrigerated products in Chile and in Latin America.
The project with AR Racking was focused on the implementation of racking systems for the new storage chambers of Icestar in Santiago, to maximise storage capacity, increasing it to more than 35,000 positions with excellent selectivity of the stored load.
Additionally, Icestar has begun the construction of its new storage and distribution centre in Coronel, with an initial storage capacity of 16,000 frozen pallets and a second stage planned in 2025 to add 40,000 positions.
