XPO aces new Warehouse Manager course
XPO, is the first company to roll to out the new UKWA Warehouse Manager CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) course for its employees, and has achieved a 100% pass rate for the first cohort of six, drawn from across the XPO UK network.

THE CPC course took place at XPO’s UK and Ireland HQ in Crick.
XPO Logistics learning and development specialist Sabrina Higgins, says: “We're really proud that all six of our experienced warehouse colleagues passed their Warehouse Manager CPC, courtesy of the UK Warehousing Association. This qualification is the first of its kind, with UKWA leading the way for the growth of warehousing. Gaining this qualification will support both our colleagues and our business push forward with our ambitious growth plans.”
UKWA CEO Clare Bottle, added: “We’re delighted that XPO has recognised the value of our new Warehouse Manager CPC and that all who attended the first cohort passed – including those already operating as Warehouse Managers and others with the potential and ambition to do so. XPO has expressed the intention of arranging another cohort, which is a great endorsement of the course.”
The next Warehouse Manager CPC courses will be held at Corby, Northamptonshire.
