SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is a modern flexible 400,000 sq m site with the possibility to create multi tenant and single tenant solutions ranging from 1,400 sq m up to 20,000 sq m.

Grade A sustainable buildings with a high quality design and landscaping that will be for example BREEAM Excellent certified ensure the reduction of carbon footprint and energy costs for our customers. SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is developing two types of products: one has been mainly built to accommodate flexible large scale logistics. The other will offer a variety of logistics units especially designed for airport related value added logistics.
