Global Logistics Company secures Coventry warehouse
Global logistics company Network International Cargo has secured a warehouse in Coventry to expand its operations.

NETWORK INTERNATIONAL Cargo has taken the 27,9000 ft2 Unit 5 facility at Cyan Park on a lease assignment.
The property, built in 2006, has 25,342.8 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 2,557.5 ft2 of first floor offices. It has 8m eaves and three level access doors. The property was refurbished in 2019.
Harris Lamb advised on the assignment.
Harris Lamb director Neil Slade, said there was a general undersupply of midbox properties in the region: “This property quickly progressed from marketing stage to completion with minimal void.”
“As a modern, well-appointed opportunity with excellent national transport links, there was a great deal of interest in the property. It is encouraging to see that demand and take-up for good quality midbox units throughout the Midlands remains strong despite recent headwinds.
