Selco acquires West Country units
NORTHWOOD URBAN Logistics has let units 1-9 (39,854 sq ft) at the new Festival Trade Park development, Kingsditch, Cheltenham to Selco Builders Warehouse.
The company has taken a 15-year lease with a break in year 10 on the premises as it continues to expand its operations throughout the UK.
Following practical completion of the Festival Trade Park scheme at the end of Q2 2022, unit 10 was swiftly let to K&R Vehicle Solutions and subsequently, Selco Builders Warehouse let the additional nine units. These will be consolidated to provide a single, self-contained builders merchants at the front of the scheme.
Chancerygate initially acquired the 4.5-acre site in 2019 but part way through the construction, they sold the scheme on to Northwood Urban Logistics and were then retained as development managers to see the site through to practical completion.
The landlord, Northwood Urban Logistics was advised by Alder King, and Colliers acted for Selco Builders Warehouse.
