Benelux partnership
Brownhills based distribution specialist, Twente Express, has announced a new European partnership with UPN, one of the UK’s leading pallet networks.
Under the new partnership, Twente Express will take exclusive responsibility for the delivery of UPN palletised freight to the Benelux, including Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg. As well as delivering to Benelux, Twente will also be responsible for the delivery and collection of freight into the WV postcode area for UPN.
Key to the service is a new web-based portal, developed in-house by UPN, which links all the depots in real-time. It provides instant pricing, quotes and online ordering, making consignments simple to manage and far less time consuming to process. The new systems include full auto postcode lookups for the Benelux, completely eliminating errors from the process, whilst ensuring that UPN’s market leading service levels are not put at risk.
