Acquisition and expansion for Conveyor Networks

Factory and logistics automation company Conveyor Networks
has acquired control systems company Capley Marker Systems. The acquisition
will allow Conveyor Networks to build on its success in the software and
control solutions arena and enable it to offer a more specialised service.

Managing director David Carroll said, “We are delighted to
have acquired Capley Marker Systems. As systems become more complex and there
is an increasing reliance on high level IT, acquiring Capley Marker Systems makes
absolute sense for us.”
