Robust platform for growth
Leading WMS software supplier, MACS Software, has recently received an order from Midlands-based ICS Distribution for MACSwms to enhance its existing warehouse management operations.
ICS specialises in the processing, contract packing and distribution of clothing, household goods, footwear, accessories and electronics and has been nominated as an Arcadia/BHS distribution centre.
The new radio frequency MACSwms will further streamline and enhance the company’s operation giving it a robust platform for further growth, at the same time capitalising on the use of warehouse space, saving time, making better use of labour and improving the visibility of the whole operation.
The MACSwms will interface with incumbent systems including Palletline, Sage, DPD and Kewill.
