Arcure has developed a version of its Blaxtair solution to avoid collisions between pedestrian and industrial vehicles specifically for industry and logistics applications.
Of particular benefit in situations where handling vehicles and pedestrians work in close proximity, Blaxtair is a smart embedded camera that detects pedestrians, reducing the risk of collision.
Suitable for use on any type of handling vehicle, Blaxtair scans the image in real time and recognises the human shape, even in applications where there are many objects. To be detected the pedestrian does not need to ware any device or specific equipment.
