Ellesmere Port site on market
The 200,000 sq ft former Saica Pack corrugated cardboard packaging site in Ellesmere Port is to go on the market, with the company consolidating operations at its Wigan site.

Property group Eddisons has been appointed, with joint agent Vail Williams, to sell the factory, which stands on a 14 acre site on the M53 motorway close to the Vauxhall car plant.
The Saica Pack site, which was originally part of the Bowater Containers paper factory, is also adjacent to the 42 acre Link Logistics Park, currently under construction and due to launch warehouse space early next year.
The 200,000 sq ft factory site also incorporates two-storey office accommodation and space for car and trailer parking.
