Hydrogen refuelling infrastructure partnership launches
Haskel Hydrogen Systems Group, part of Ingersoll Rand, has partnered with Dutch industrial hydrogen technology manufacturer HyGear, to offer combined hydrogen generation and refuelling infrastructure to the European market.
BY POOLING their respective expertise in hydrogen production systems and refuelling equipment, HyGear and Haskel are now able to provide end-to-end refuelling stations built on decades of industry experience.
Haskel Hydrogen business development manager Jake Martin, says: “HyGear are hydrogen generation specialists and a perfect partner for us. Anyone wanting a full refuelling station can come to us and be supplied with the complete package, including on-site generation.”
Niels Lanser, business development director Hydrogen at Hygear, adds: “Haskel’s extensive knowledge of how to deliver hydrogen into the full range of fuel cell electric vehicles made them an obvious choice for us. We look forward to realising the significant commercial opportunities that this collaboration will bring.”
The partnership will initially focus on vehicle classes including HGVs, forklifts and light commercial vehicles.
