WMS supports e-fulfilment

As part of the drive to improve services it implemented the CALIDUS WMS from OBS Logistics. This allowed Hallett to support its operations based on a Solution as a Service model.

The CALIDUS WMS offers Hallett Retail Logistics a comprehensive, configurable solution which enables them to provide their customers with real time updates using barcode scanning and RF functionality from the point of receipt though to put away, order processing, pick and pack and despatch with speed and accuracy.

Through the CALIDUS Online Portal, customers can securely review the stock position, place their order and track its status through to despatch, and can obtain the tracking number for the carrier with which it has been despatched.
