Aerospace supplier secures Sussex warehouse

Aviation component supplier J2 Aerospace has taken a warehouse at Westcott Leach’s latest phase at its Swallow Enterprise Park in Hailsham East Sussex.

THE COMPANY has secured a 12,261 ft2 warehouse on a 10 year lease at £11 per ft2. The warehouse will support the company to deliver comprehensive aircraft inventory support and component services for the leading Airlines, MROs and Distributors worldwide.
The latest phase of development will provide a total of 105,000 ft2 over seven separate blocks, capable of division from 1,600 sq ft upwards. The terraces have the ability to combine multiple units up to 15,000 ft2 and are also available on a design and build basis from 10,000 ft2 upwards.
