Asset manager sees warehouse rent soar

Asset manager and real estate investor Property Alliance Group has secured a 45% increase in passing rent in 12 months following the off market acquisition of a warehouse in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

THE COMPANY bought the 62,000 ft2 property at Morley Carr Business Centre, and undertook significant refurbishment which included new perimeter fencing, new security lighting and CCTV monitoring, yard works and modernisation of the internal space to provide leading energy efficient space.
National textile distributor, John Cotton Group took four units while international self-storage firm, Titan Containers took a ten year lease on a 1.7 acre yard.
GV&Co acquired Morley Carr on behalf of Property Alliance Group and are the acting agent.
