Baytree launches BREEAM Outstanding scheme in Leeds

Baytree Logistics Property has announced the launch of two of the first BREEAM Outstanding warehouses to be built speculatively in Leeds.

THE UNITS totalling 76,285 ft2 and 145,476 ft2 (Unit 1 and Unit 3) will make up Phase 1 of the Baytree Leeds scheme and will be delivered by Summer 2024.
Phase 2 is a 329,583 ft2 facility (Unit 2), which is available on a build to suit basis.
Baytree Leeds will be built net zero carbon and will target BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A and WELL Ready standards.
Unit 1 will have 12.5m eaves and have eight dock and two level access doors a 50kn/m2 floor loading 35m yard and benefit from PVs, Ev charging, and staff amenity areas on site. The larger Unit 2 will have 15 dock and 3 level access doors, 15m eaves and a 50m yard.
