Carlsberg snaps up Bedford warehouse

Brewer Carlsberg Marston has snapped up a warehouse in Bedford.

THE COMPANY has taken a 15 year lease with a break option at year 10 on the 105,000 ft Unit 1 warehouse at Total Development’s 235,000 ft2 Total Park scheme off Edison Road in Bedford.
Unit 1 boasts 97,800 ft2 of warehouse space with 7,200 ft2 of office space over two floors. It has 12 dock and two level access doors as well as parking for 215 HGVs. In addition it has a 50m yard, 50kn/m2 floor loading, 12 m eaves and has a Breeam Very Good and EPC A rating.
