Contractor selected for Beckton scheme
Developer Valor has appointed contractor Glencar to build its new 223,230 ft2 last mile logistics scheme at Beckton in East London.

THE DEVELOPMENT known as Valor Park East Circular Phase 2, will comprise four units from 27,223 to 81,842 ft2 with 10 – 15m eaves heights, 55m yards and dock and level access doors.
They will be constructed to be highly energy efficient targeting an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating. The units will include ESG credentials such as EV charging stations, LED lighting, green rooves and PV roof panels.
The scheme is situated just off the east side of Jenkins Lane, which leads south to the A13 trunk road and the intersection with the A406 North Circular. This provides access to the M11 and M25 (Junctions 30/31) and Central London.
Joint letting agents are DTRE, Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton.
