Dematic wins approval for safety approach
17 February 2020
As of January 2020, Dematic achieved the certificate of approval by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance for the system standard ISO 45001:2015 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
The certification recognises Dematic’s approach to managing occupational health and safety across Northern Europe with added value linked to the core business strategy. By using ISO 45001 Dematic is able to manage operational risks and improve health and safety for its employees, contractors and customers.
On the back of gaining ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certificate of approval in July 2019, Dematic decided to accelerate the implementation of ISO 45001 so that both standards were achieved within a six-month timeframe.
