Desborough warehouse gets planning

Mulberry Developments has secured planning consent for a 350,000 ft2 warehouse in Desborough in the East Midlands.

THE PROPERTY on a 20 acre site acquired in September 2022, will consist of 320,000 ft2 of warehouse space with 23,000 ft2 of two storey offices as well as a 7,000 ft2 hub. It will have 18m eaves, 30 dock and two level access doors as well as a 50m yard. There will be 77 HGV parking bays and 271 car parking spaces.
The facility will have 2MvA power availability.
It will be built to carbon net zero in construction targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
Joint letting agents are CBRE and M1 Agency.
