Detailed planning for Burnley warehouses

Issa brothers’ development company Monte Blackburn has submitted detailed plans for two warehouses on its 32-acre Burnley Bridge South scheme in the northwest.

Monte Blackburn acquired the site from Eshton in November last year. The two units are 165,480 ft2 and 40,000 ft2 and will make up the first phase of building on the 538,190 ft2 four unit site.

The larger unit will have 10 – 12.5m eaves and seven loading doors. It will have 15,480 ft2 of two storey office and be built to BREEAM very Good.

The site is located off  Accrington Road near Junction 9 of the M65 motorway.
