Developer breaks ground at Ipswich logistics site

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have started construction works at their 8-acre Eastern Gateway mid-box industrial and logistics scheme in Ipswich.

STEELWORKS FOR the five unit Midbox scheme are due to go up this month with practical completion scheduled for may next year.
The units range from 12,905 to 52,250 ft2 and will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A Ratings.
The scheme is being marketed as “Access @ Eastern Gateway, Ipswich” and will complement the existing units already developed on site for Amazon and La Doria.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills are joint agents.
