Development start for Coventry scheme
Development has started on a 856,000 ft2 industrial and logistics project in Coventry in the West Midlands

MCLAREN CONSTRUCTION on behalf of developer Manse Opus has broken ground on Project Holst a site that will provide four industrial and logistics units of 300,000 ft2, 171,000 ft2, 268,000 ft2, and 116,000 ft2 on the 196 acre Prospero Ansty Park scheme just off Junction 2 of the M6 motorway.
The buildings will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. The £74 million project secured forward funding earlier this year.
