Ecommerce group triples space at Silverstone

Ecommerce company DIVA Group has tripled its space at MEPC’s Silverstone Park development in the East Midlands.

THE GROUP led by Afghanistan businesswoman Diva Patang, is moving from its 33,000 ft2 facility on the site - which it only moved into three years ago - and tripling its space on the park by taking Unit 1132 which totals 97,956 ft2 on a new lease.
Employee numbers are set to double to around 200 as a result of the move. The business has already invested heavily in the use of AI plus, more recently, over £1m in automation systems to keep up with consumer demand for the big brand products it sells online.
Diva Group is currently fitting out its newer, larger premises ahead of completing its move in early 2025. It has surrender its lease on Unit 1501 which is now available to lease.
Diva Group is an umbrella of companies that operate globally focussing on core consumer sectors in E-Commerce, Manufacturing and Wholesaling.
Unit 1132 has 91,390 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 6,566 ft2 of first floor offices. It has 10m eaves, 10 loading doors and a 35m deep yard. It has an EPC A rating.
